Dr. Cha-Hsuan Liu is a  passionate   academic  professional  with   extensive  expertise   in  healthcare,
education, social policy, management, and innovation. Her contributions extend beyond academia; she
actively engages in public speaking and cross-border lecture sessions, aiming to  make  a  meaningful
impact on society. She is inspired to foster inclusive and sustainable social  development   through her
involvement in community initiatives on a global scale. She believes, by  sharing    mindfulness and
knowledge with critical insights, we advance the goals for inclusive prosperity and further evolute our
living and lives.

Dinesh Mangaru

Senior IT Professional with 20+ years of experience with a  proven track record in traditional IT disciplines in various   countries as well as the evolving digital  skills space.  Rich and diverse experience in IT transformation, strategy  development, building and  leading high performing teams, digital transformation, service management and the delivery of high-profile information systems programmes within a FTSE 3 fast moving  consumer goods   (FMCG) international  company.  Currently Head of IT  for   the   Europe, Middle  East and  Africa region, controlling a budget of   £140m and a team of 160 staff. Also  accountable for  owning and delivering the Diversity  and  Inclusion Strategy for IT globally. I have also had the priviledge of contributing to Leadership   teams in  South Africa (T3 Profit   contributor for the group), Regional IT   Leadership team in AME and EEMEA,and the Global IT Delivery Team.I have also held  senior roles  in the 3  key pillars in IT ie. Demand, IT Services and IT Delivery.

Binod Baral

Binod baral, a visionary Nepali-British chef entrepreneur, is a    master of modern techniques   and
equipment.His passion for food  extends far beyond the  kitchen.A strategic  thinker  and  innovator,
Baral  champions sustainability  through local,responsible    sourcing. But his dedication  goes  further,
encompassing youth  and women empowerment,  and promoting responsible tourism – all with 
thegoal of building a brighter, poverty-free future for his homeland, Nepal. This commitment manifests in
his commendable mission to educate disadvantaged children. However,Barals vision extends even
further. He actively seeks to connect people, families, communities, and entire nations through the global
promotion of Nepali cuisine. This approach, which he   calls "borderless    cooking" 
or"winning peoples hearts through food," highlights the transformative power 
of culinary connection. By embracing borderless cooking, Binod fosters global understanding
and breaks down barriers, one delicious dish at a time.

Tinesa Fara is a doctoral candidate enrolled in the Technology and Vocational Education Doctoral Program   at the Graduate School of Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Her research explores the complex interactions between  Augmented  Reality, Virtual Reality in Informal Education, and students  with hearing impairments.Presently, she is actively engaged in her doctoral dissertation research, working on scientific publications for reputable journals,attending scientific conferences  and seminars, and collaborating closely with leading professors from her university on various research projects. She is passionate about leveraging opportunities to advance her knowledge,build strong professional relationships, establish potential collaborations within the scientific community, and make a lasting impact in national and international academic areas.
